Made with:

  1. Durum Wheat Semolina Flour
  2. Local Fresh Eggs
  3. Water


Cooking Instructions: 

  1. Cook pasta for 6 minutes in salted boiling water. (Use about 6 Liter of Water and 8 Teaspoon of Salt for one pound of Pasta.)
  2. Stir every 2 minutes. 
  3. Serve pasta with a drizzle of olive oil and freshly grated cheese.
